What is your shipping policy?

All in stock items will ship within a few business days of receipt of the order. Some items are made to order and will usually specify the length of time it takes to ship. Most made to order items will ship within 3-4 weeks.

DOMESTIC

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

How do I order wholesale?

We accept wholesale orders on some of our items, including candles, prints, and some jewelry. Turquoise, one of a kind, and special collection pieces are not available for wholesale. Please contact us at willowandwanderlust@gmail.com for more information.

Returns

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase, so we accept refunds or exchanges within the first 30 days. Please contact us if there are any issues with your order.
